As you advance in life and work, you’ll encounter challenges along the way. Some of the obstacles you must overcome or persist through in order to come out stronger on the other side. In building the bridge to solutions, creatively facilitating the requisite attitudes, perspectives and behaviors will be invaluable and must inevitably command a premium. So it is wise to proactively think about what the big issues are, look for the problems and prepare yourself to be able to make big promises. As an example, if you sat back and assessed what is going on in the marketplace you’ll be better equipped to ask “what circumstance, if removed, could ease the burden of those on all sides of the issue.” To be clear about it and communicate it is to speak very clearly the language that all parties will most likely understand. With that said, it would be appropriate for you to think through the situation and come up with an assortment of appropriate action steps based on who you've become and how you can most effectively communicate.
In doing this, you would be stepping into the role of becoming a "script-writer" for a movie in which you help uncover the best performances of those playing the starring roles. You can go a little deeper and identify those high-impact activities that you need to be engaged in. You'll be clear about those steps and activities, the blueprint within an organization or within your entrepreneurial venture, that will avert calamity and help others minimize cost and improve performance and results.
In planning ahead and thinking about how you will bridge the gap and be the solution, you would have designed a way that you can shine so brightly that others cannot imagine not having your influence, leadership, and presence in their lives. And then building on you as as an integral part of the solution, you will move forward, executing your plan with consistency and discipline.
Notably, that is more possible with enthusiasm, and clarity of your vision, who you have become, your philosophies and values. Your manifesto leaps off the page and becomes alive, through you.
